Manufacturing Process

After printing, the glass enters a tempering furnace where temperatures can reach around 600–700°C. At this stage, the ceramic frit melts and bonds permanently with the glass surface. Once the process is complete, the patterned glass becomes extremely durable and resistant to environmental factors such as ultraviolet radiation, moisture, and temperature changes.
